Operate in your own Genius - Gérard Jones - Gérard School of Football
GSF mission and values are built around one of the key coaching priniciples of 'Strength-Based-Coaching'. This belief aligns with our mission and embodies how Gérard coaches players by focusing on their strengths and helping players and coaches maximise their strengths and develop their own 'identity' whilst tidying up on development areas. This approach is different to how most coaches work, where they will focus on weaknesses and thus not enhance strengths further. (Operate in Own Genius).
