Outstanding Experience
Gérard has been coaching players on a one-to-one basis since 2009, having seen several players progress to sign for professional clubs academies, sign scholars & play professionally in the US and Europe. With over 14 years of coaching teams, Gérard offers unrivalled experience having worked in professional football in England as an Academy Coach, U21s Assistant Coach and most recently as Head of Academy Coaching, with his list of club's including Arsenal FC, Rochdale AFC, Bradford City AFC and Bristol Rovers FC.
In addition to being a Qualified Teacher, he is a FA UEFA 'A' Licensed Coach and FA Advanced Youth Award holder (12-16), USSF National B License Holder & US Soccer Certified Coach Educator, trained in specialist youth coaching.
Individual Learning Plan
All training sessions whether on one-to-one basis or in small groups (2-3 players), are specific to the individual. Gérard can support existing Individual Development Plans or construct one for you to maximise your strengths and address areas for development. All players also received detailed, meticulous Progress Reports & Feedback.

Standard Session - 1hour Individual One-to-One :
- 1x Session $100 (Private 1:1)
Special Offers - If you book more than one session in Advance:
- 4x Sessions $320 (Private 1:1) = works out as $80per session

Coach Education
US Soccer Approved Coach Education Provider
As a US Soccer Federation Grassroots Coaching Instructor, Gérard is able to deliver 4-hour USSF (4v4, 7v7, 9v9, 11v11 GR Courses), 40-hour USSF D Licence courses. Gérard is an Instructor on staff with Eastern NY Youth Soccer Assocation, and has previously worked as a Coach Educator for the Football Association of Wales, tutoring on their C Licence courses.
With over 14 years experience coaching across all ages and pathways, Gérard has worked as an Instructor and Coach Developer since 2012.
